We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering, developing and advancing the company's compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation principles. Enthusiasm, diligence and accountability are must have attributes for this position. This position is a full-time on-site position in our Hunt Valley office.
